Gold, straw-yellow colour. Abundant mousse, delicate fine bubbles, beautiful cordon. Powerful and elegant fresh fruits, white flowers, honeysuckle and hazelnut aromas. Well-balanced,full-flavoured and fresh, with a rich, elegant and silky long finish. This bottle will be a wonderful companion to a grenadin of tender veal, a filet mignon with truffles or even a gratin of langoustine tails American style.

Rich and biscuity, with a fine mousse and a firm beam of acidity for support. This sets the stage for the peach, vanilla and warm spice notes. There's lovely harmony and finesse, with a lingering finish. Drink now through 2010.

Wine Enthusiast
With its gold LeRoy Neiman design, this bottle stands out from the crowd. The Champagne inside is more serious, with its fresh apple and tight grapefruit flavors. But the finishing softness makes it an easy drink, rich, but without too much complexity.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.

All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.

I still believe it is the simplest way to rate a wine, with its origins from grade school in the United States. A wine that I rate 90 points or more is outstanding (A), and worth buying. If I rate a wine 95 points or more (A+), it is a must buy.
