Wine Enthusiast
A wine that is pure green and steel, only just hinting at wood. It has a very direct taste profile of taut green fruits, layers of acidity, just spiced up with toast and vanilla. It's obviously young, and should definitely be aged for 2-3 years.

Wine Advocate
Comprising fruit from Les Forets, Bouts des Butteaux, and (true) Montmains, the relatively late-harvested Fevre 2006 Chablis Montmains (raised in a 60:40 ratio of tank to barrel) reveals similar richness, but new dimensions of minerality and complexity when compared with the corresponding Beauroy. Tangerine, peony, orange blossom, and herbal essences in the nose slightly suggest muscat. In the mouth, chalk, salt, and scallop-like flavors inflect ripe peach, tangerine, and lime, and without sacrificing any purity of fruit or a refreshing juiciness that carries into a long finish, this offers a tactile sense of chalkiness and subtly satisfying hints of oak. I would not hesitate to hold it for up to half a dozen years.

Wine Spectator
Floral, lime and lanolin aromas and flavors signal this smooth white. There's bright acidity underneath to keep it all lively and focused. Nice stony aftertaste. Best from 2009 through 2016. 600 cases imported.

Biodynamic designation is regulated by Demeter, an international certification organization. Biodynamic agriculture is based on the view of a farm as a self-contained organism. Certified organic vineyards must meet Demeter"s additional criteria for a period of one year before earning the designation "biodynamic."
Sustainably Grown
Sustainable practices incorporate organic standards and may exceed them and include ecologically and socially sound business practices such as fair pay for farm workers and energy conservation.
Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
